WHATS NEW at the HIT CENTER?
Adult Fitness Classes Our adult fitness classes are a fast-paced, fun and effective workout for the busy adult. These classes are 45minutes-1hour long and will challenge you to reach your full potential every minute of every workout. Similar to "bootcamp" style training these workouts are intense but they also give you the freedom to go at a pace that is comfortable to you and fits with your fitness level. So, if you are tired of your old boring workout routine, come join us for a fun and effective workout at The HIT Center! ADULT FITNESS CLASSES are held on: Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays @ 11am Tuesdays / Thursdays @ 10am Call to reserve your spot!
Summer Speed Camps Starting June 7, The HIT Center will be hosting Speed camps for athletes ages 7-19. The camps will be designed to improve athletic performance, speed, agility, quickness, strength, coordination, etc. They will be held every weekday throughout the summer and will be divided up according to age groups. Ages 7-11, 12-14, and 15-19. These camps are a way to get top quality, world class training at a price anyone can afford.
MOMS Fitness Classes/Bootcamps and Small Group Training: The MOMS Small Group Training: Much like 1-on-1 Personal Training, Small Group Training will give you the motivation and push that you need to see results. These sessions are done in a non-intimidating atmosphere for you and your fellow MOMS. Small Group Training is designed to be motivational, positive and encouraging. These training sessions are like fitness support groups. MOMS Fitness Bootcamps: Fitness Bootcamps are fast paced, large group exercise classes that will burn some major calories! They are designed to push you further than you would normally push yourself but they also give you the freedom to go at your own pace. Fitness Bootcamps are a fun and original way to get a full body workout that will guarantee you see results!
NEW Referral Special: The
The Lighten-Up Program:
This weight loss program includes, 12, one hour training sessions, consisting of 20-30 minutes of cardiovascular training, with the remainder of the time spent on strength and core training. This will ensure increases in your lean body mass and decreases in fat mass. The VO2 MAX, Resting Metabolic Rate and the BOD POD are the 3 tests essential for your ultimate results. Based on the results a personalized program will be specific to your fitness needs and goals. Nutritional counseling will continue throughout the entire process.
The HIT-FIT Program: This program includes all the above, excluding the resting metabolism test and the nutritional counseling. HIT-FIT is designed for the recreational athlete/average adult who wants to attain a higher level of fitness.
The Speed-Up Program: The HIT Center offers sports performance enhancement for athletes of all ages and all sports. This program includes the Athletic Ability Assessment (AAA) and aerobic testing. Training is scientifically designed for each individual depending on sport/position, current level of play and weaknesses in AAA testing and personal goals.
